Bubbles with bubbles and Gaius

For the longest time, no one had had time to take their time in a bath, to enjoy themselves. They were always marching along from one battlefield to the next - and everyone's lives riding on her strategies.

In truth, it was long overdue when she and Gaius had finally had some time alone. Dressed only in her smallclothes, and Gaius's ring around her finger, she smiled contentedly once the bath had filled. And the bubbles were pretty high in the water, too.

Even though she'd already seen him mostly naked before, she was still shy about being bare in front of him. So this was a compromise.

After undressing, she settled comfortably into the water.

"Okay, you can come in now!" And she wouldn't look until he was in the water, either. It was only fair, right?

Gaius did have a sense of modesty, he just... didn't really feel he needed it as much alone with his adorable and brilliant little wife. Oh sure, he still got a little tongue tied now and then when things got really lovey-dovey, but he wasn't really terribly shy about his body in the first place. He'd been working out a bit more since the last time she'd caught him about to bathe, so maybe he felt like showing off? So when he finally got permission to come in, he wasn't wearing anything save for a small towel tied off around his waist, that went down only as far as his thighs.

"How's the water babe?" He sounded rather casual about it, although on the inside he was definitely excited to get to slip into a hot bubbly bath with her. Maybe he'd let her scrub her off, or cuddle up with her with some nice little kisses. Who knows where this evening might lead? All he knew was that with all those bubbles, his imagination was going all over the place.

"Hey Bubbles, if you really want to make my night, lift one leg up, look over this way with a pout, run your hands down the length of your leg, and say 'won't you please come in darling?' Hehehe, sorry... but I just can't resist it." Whether he was talking about resisting suggesting it, or resisting the action itself, Gaius didn't say, but likely both would be impossible for him to resist. Of course... she'd probably just splash him for suggesting it, but he'd die a happy man if by some miracle she was feeling playful enough to try it.

The comment about her lifting her leg out for him made her turn her head, but, then, turn back around.

"Uh..." So... so it was definitely okay to look at him even like this, it seemed.

"..I don't..." Flustered and flushed, Robin wasn't certain how to proceed. But she did turn and glance at him from between her fingers (even with the Mark of Grima visible on her hand - which was something that she was only slightly less sensitive about, compared to her own nudity.)

"I don't... think I can do all of that. But, I would like it if you would join me sooner rather than later. Please."

Peeking at him again, she let her eyes briefly roam around his body. She'd noticed that he'd been strengthening up, and it was really flattering.

It made her want to stare more. To touch and to explore him. Over and over, too. It was enough of a thought to make her heart race.
